Dear DotAsia Community,

DotAsia continues to thrive through the sales of its popular domain name within the Asian community.

In support of the work that members are doing and to promote .Asia, we have finalised the revision of an application form whereby DotAsia members are able to make a contribution to a community through supporting local projects that reflects the DotAsia mission and values. The sponsorship comes from the promotion of .Asia domain names within the respective ccTLD localities. Each DotAsia member is notified annually of the amount that they have accrued during the preceding 4 years and can use the sum anytime as their donation to a community activity of their choice. We are looking forward to distributing community grant funds for the benefit of our Asian communities and anticipate more applications in the future.

Other activities which have recently benefited from DotAsia's community works and member collaborations include: Youth Internet Governance activities with JPRS, KISA and TWNIC; social media and brand promotion work with NIXI and TWNIC; SDGs and Climate Change collaboration with APNIC Foundation; and DNS Abuse activities with APCERT.

We also truly appreciate the valuable support and cooperation of, and sharing in the community spirit with, our regional partners.
